1000 Cuts privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026. 1000 Cuts: Fruit Slicer ASMR ("the app") is made by DIGCY SARL AU, Casablanca, Morocco ("we"). Contact: hello@digcy.com.

No account

You don't sign up or log in. Your progress (level, stars, coins, knives you own, totals and settings) is saved on your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

World leaderboard

To rank players worldwide, the app sends us a random player ID made on your phone (not linked to your device, advertising ID or Google account), a nickname (made up for you; you can change it in the game) and your game progress: highest level, stars and pieces cut. Your nickname and progress are shown to other players on the leaderboard. Don't use your real name as your nickname. This data is stored with our database provider Supabase (EU servers) and is used only for the leaderboard. We keep it while you play; entries with no activity for 12 months are removed.

Launch email list (website)

If you enter your email on cuts.digcy.com, we store it (with the page section, the site that sent you and your browser language) only to email you when 1000 Cuts is available on Google Play. It is kept with Supabase (EU servers), never sold or shared, and deleted after the launch email. To be removed earlier, email us.

Website analytics

The website cuts.digcy.com (not the game) uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages, buttons and links people use, and which site sent them (for example our Instagram). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, which it does not store; we never send it your email. Data is kept for 14 months. You can block it with a browser extension such as Google's opt-out add-on. Google's own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Daily reminder

If you switch on "Daily reminder" in Settings, the app shows one notification a day on your phone. It is scheduled on your phone; no data is sent for it. Switch it off in Settings or in your phone's notification settings.

Ads

The app shows ads through Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). Unity may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. On first launch the app asks whether ads may be personalised. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Unity's privacy policy: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.

Purchases

Coin packs, the Starter Pack and Remove ads are bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details. Google tells the app which items you own so it can give you your coins and restore your purchases. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

What we don't do

We don't ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files. We don't sell your data. Sharing a picture of your cut uses your phone's own share sheet.

Children

The app is not made for children under 13 and is not part of Google Play's Families program.

Deleting your data

Uninstall the app or clear its storage to delete the data on your phone. To remove your leaderboard entry, email us your nickname. For ad data, see how to delete your data.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Questions or requests: hello@digcy.com.
